Massage for Frozen Shoulder
I went to this place after a coworker recommended it for a frozen shoulder. I had done the PT stuff but not much improvement. The massage therapist at Umai really new how to "un stick" my shoulder and I was able to lift it higher then I have in months. I will keep going back.
